Situated on Redang Island in Teluk Dalam Kecil, the resort is an idyllic retreat with its powder-white beach and clear blue water. The island, winner of Tourism Malaysia's Best Natural Tourist Attraction Award 2003, is one of Malaysia's premier Marine parks. It is easily accessible from Merang Jetty in Terengganu by boat transfer.

Ferry is available from/to Shahbandar Jetty at Kuala Terengganu to/from Redang Island. The ferry departs from the Jetty daily at 10:30 am (estimated arrival time at Redang Island is 12 noon) and at 3 pm (estimated arrival time at Redang Island is 4:30 pm). Likewise, the Shahbandar Jetty-bound ferry departes Redang Island daily at 8 am and 1 pm.

The resort is only 45 minutes by air from Kuala Lumpur to Terengganu, 40 minutes transfer from airport to Merang Jetty and 50 minutes by boat to the Island.
